Firefighting Products by PLC, LLC started in 2003.  Patrick L. Cail is the founder and owner of Firefighting Products by PLC, LLC.  I started in the fire service in 1979.  I have used many extinguishing agents on the market but none as effective as the FireAde product line.  Before I went into business as a distributor, I was a fire training instructor at a major power plant in the southeast and a user of many different foam agents.  None were able to extinguish my training fires or actual plant fires as quickly and safely as the FireAde product line.

Scotty Firefighter is another product line that is leading the world with affordable, effective, portable foam systems.
